- cancel the Order;
- refuse acceptance of the Order;
- refund any payment received;

11. Refund Policy
11.1 General
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases made through Voucher Marketplace are generally considered final once delivery has commenced.
Notwithstanding the above, Voucher Marketplace may offer refunds in the circumstances described below or where required by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11.2 Eligible Refunds
A Customer may request a refund where:
- the Digital Product has not been redeemed;
- the refund request is submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase;
- the Digital Product remains valid and unused;
- Voucher Marketplace is able to verify that the product has not been activated or redeemed.
Refund approval remains subject to verification by Voucher Marketplace and, where applicable, the relevant issuer.
11.3 Invalid or Non-Working Products
If a Digital Product is proven to be invalid, defective or unusable due to an error occurring before delivery to the Customer, Voucher Marketplace will, at its discretion:
- replace the Digital Product with an equivalent product; or
- issue a refund using the original payment method where replacement is not reasonably possible.
Customers may be required to provide screenshots, error messages or other reasonable evidence before a claim can be processed.
11.4 Technical Errors
Where a technical error within Voucher Marketplace's systems prevents successful delivery of a purchased Digital Product, Voucher Marketplace will make reasonable efforts to:
- complete delivery;
- provide a replacement; or
- cancel the Order and refund the Customer where delivery cannot reasonably be completed.
11.5 Incorrect Purchases
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all Order details are correct before completing payment.
Voucher Marketplace is not obligated to refund purchases made in error by the Customer.
However, where all of the following conditions are met, Voucher Marketplace may approve a refund request:
- the request is submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days;
- the Digital Product has not been redeemed, activated or used;
- the issuer permits cancellation or reversal.
Approval remains entirely at Voucher Marketplace's discretion.
11.6 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided where:
- the Digital Product has been redeemed;
- the voucher has been activated;
- incorrect recipient details were provided by the Customer;
- cryptocurrency was sent to an incorrect address or network;
- delays result from third-party issuers;
- redemption is refused due to the issuer's own terms;
- the Customer has breached these Terms.
11.7 Refund Method
Approved refunds will normally be issued using the original payment method.
Voucher Marketplace reserves the right to issue refunds using an alternative method where:
- the original payment method is no longer available;
- legal or regulatory requirements prevent the original refund method;
- fraud prevention measures require an alternative approach.
Refund processing times depend on payment providers and financial institutions.
Voucher Marketplace cannot guarantee when refunded funds will appear in the Customer's account.
12. Order Cancellations
12.1 Cancellation Before Delivery
Orders may only be cancelled before delivery has commenced.
Once a Digital Product has been issued, generated, activated or transmitted to the Customer, cancellation is generally no longer possible.

- sanctions or legal restrictions apply;
- compliance checks cannot be completed;
- technical failures prevent fulfilment.
Where payment has already been received, Voucher Marketplace will issue a refund where appropriate.
12.3 Customer Cancellation Requests
Customers may request cancellation before delivery begins.
Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee approval.
Once fulfilment has started, the Order is generally irreversible due to the nature of digital products.
13. Chargebacks

Customers agree not to initiate a chargeback where a Digital Product has been successfully delivered in accordance with these Terms.

- dispute the chargeback;
- provide evidence of delivery;
- suspend the Customer's Account;

- fraud prevention services;
- competent regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally appropriate.
13.3 Investigation
Voucher Marketplace may suspend ongoing Orders while a chargeback investigation is pending.
Customers agree to cooperate with any reasonable requests for information relating to disputed transactions.
14. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits or restricts any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Where mandatory consumer protection legislation grants additional rights, those rights shall prevail over any conflicting provision of these Terms.
For digital products, Customers acknowledge that delivery normally begins immediately after successful payment.
By completing an Order, the Customer expressly requests immediate performance of the contract.
Where permitted by applicable law, the Customer acknowledges that this may affect or remove any statutory right of withdrawal once the Digital Product has been supplied.
These Terms do not affect any rights that consumers may have under mandatory legislation applicable in their country of residence where such protections cannot legally be waived.
